Anyone who' seen The Room knows that there is very little plot in this mess of a film. To preserve my sanity, I cut out the fat and trimmed the gist of The Room down to sixty seconds. Enjoy!

Song Mashup: It's Gonna Be a Bonfire

Over the past couple of weeks, I've been working on a mashup between two songs of two different genres and eras. The background track is the 90's boy band classic "It's Gonna Be Me" by 'N Sync, and the 2011 rap single Bonfire by Childish Gambino. I'm very proud of this. Feel free to check it out.

Touched by Time

Above is a video I helped make for the 24-Hour Shootout along with Michael Baker, Clay Hribar, Carly Maurer and Garret Mohler. We are Upstream Productions, and this is Touched by Time.

In this film, I mainly helped with cinematography, designing the logo, animating it, and editing certain segments: the title and credits sequences, as well as the time-travel effect (sound effect included).

Part of me wishes there would be more 48-hour shootouts so I can have more opportunities to have creativity explode in such a short time, but my sleep cycle says otherwise.

Mini Sagas

For class, I chose to write two mini-sagas. Here are the instructions that were provided...

The origins of the saga comes from Icelandic prose dating back to the 12th century when locals would recount their warrior battles. Today, a saga is referred to as a modern heroic narrative. 
Your mini-saga should have 50 words. No more, no less. The stories must have a beginning, middle and end. They must be interesting, and they may not be autobiographical. Engage the reader.  

I had written eight of these over the course of a week or so. Most of them shared similar themes: love, desperation, and loss. I felt like if I wrote something comedic or lighthearted, it'd just sound insincere and ridiculous. I have posted my two favorite sagas below.
